The purpose of the App is to provide a service where users can be invited to and create events. Downloading the App and its features is free of charge. Examples of features:
As a user, you guarantee and undertake to use the App in a manner that complies with all rules and regulations stated in these terms and applicable laws. Furthermore, the user guarantees to maintain respectful conduct in the App’s social features and to only publish posts or events without offensive content. The App is operated and developed from Sweden and governed by Swedish law.
The Company disclaims any responsibility for damages related to the events the user creates or participates in. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. The Company reserves the right to revise the App’s functionality or remove access to it at any time. Anything downloaded from the App is done at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss caused by downloads.
The name, logo, and codebase in the App are owned by the Company. The content may not be altered, transmitted, reproduced, published, licensed, transferred, or sold without prior written consent from the Company.
